The insurance policy for school trips, study trips and excursions

The group insurance policy GOGOGO fills the legal gap of incomplete compulsory insurance for school trips. So far, students’ private activities (e.g. eating, drinking, personal hygiene, sleeping and leisure time activities) are not covered by compulsory accident insurance.

GOGOGO provides insurance cover also for travelers who don’t have personal international health insurance: the travel health insurance policy covers the costs of outpatient and inpatient medical treatment and medically necessary return transport to the insured person’s home country. Medical return transports within Germany can also be insured.

GOGOGO can be purchased together with trip cancellation insurance including teacher cancellation insurance. The latter covers the cancellation costs when individual participants or supervisors have to cancel the planned trip prior to departure for important reasons such as change of class, school or home.

The participants include all people on the trip (students, teachers, parents, etc.).

Price per class/group up to 35 people (trip price up to 15,000 €, maximum duration of 14 days):
