Dr. Walter GmbH receives TÜV certificate for Quality of Service
Quality of service can be defined in a variety of ways. That’s why TÜV NORD CERT GmbH developed an examination procedure organized in several stages to measure the quality of service. Among the examined aspects are a company’s service culture, the reaction time and reliability of its different departments and how a company deals with customer complaints.
Dr. Walter GmbH successfully passed the exam in all mentioned areas. The certificate emphasizes the successful service management of Dr. Walter GmbH and is proof of the company’s high-quality services.
A major part of the certification procedure was an online survey with more than 5,000 participants. The interviewees positively mentioned the informational content of the company’s websites and the various possibilities of comparison. Customers also liked the personal consultation via phone and the quick and uncomplicated processing of cases. 98% of customers said they would choose Dr. Walter again and nine out of ten customers would recommend Dr. Walter and its services to others.

The most popular of the company’s various portals is www.reiseversicherung.com. The data on this website was the basis for the comprehensive travel insurance test of Öko-Test Magazine in 2010. In recent months, several insurance comparison portals were criticized for providing only incomplete information and bad service. With its newly awarded TÜV certificate, Dr. Walter GmbH wants to distinguish itself from such portals and show that there are also high-quality insurance comparison portals to be found online.
